We offer a 7-day return policy. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Approval Process

To ensure a smooth and fair process, all return requests must first be submitted through our official WhatsApp Support.

Our support team may ask for:

  • Your Order ID
  • Photos or videos of the product
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once we verify and confirm that the return request is genuine and meets our return conditions, we will approve the return and guide you through the next steps.

Please note: Return requests will only be accepted after approval from the JAPAKSH Support Team.

3. Eligible Return Reasons

Returns may be approved if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted in situations such as:

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
  • The product has been used, damaged by the customer, or is not in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, accessories, or tags are missing.
  • The issue does not meet our return eligibility criteria after verification.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, the refund will be processed.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method or another suitable method agreed upon by both parties.

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), the return shipping process will be arranged or guided by our support team.
